Dear potential flatmate,
I am leaving my cherished flatshare in the heart of Neukölln Rixdorf after two wonderful years.
We are a very affectionate flatshare that values harmonious, caring and respectful living together. Both your flatmates & my dear friends Valerie and Joelle work in the creative field and have a close-knit group of friends in the area. We all love cooking, occasionally also for and with each other. :)
You'll be moving into a bright, east-facing room of about 25 sqm with a balcony. The room comes furnished, including a boxspring bed, desk, and ample storage space with 4 IKEA PAX closets. This three-person flatshare also includes a cosy kitchen with a large table and has friendly neighbours. The rent is 850 EUR warm, inclusive of utilities and furniture. Unfortunately, registration isn't possible. The flat is located at Schudomastraße 11, Rixdorf, Neukölln, a delightful neighbourhood complete with cosy cafes and bars. Essential amenities and public transport are all close by.
The room is available for a 6-month sublet starting from June 1st/15th. Can't wait to hear from you!
