Right in the heart of Neukölln, we offer a huge room for one WOMAN. Your accommodation is fitted with a bed (140x200cm), a desk, a chair, chest of drawers, a sofa and a hanging rail. WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer can also be used of course.
The whole apartment is - except for the huge bathroom - designed with floorboards and very bright, renovated a few years ago and properly equipped with every comfort. The bathroom has both a shower cabin and a bathtub.
Centerpiece of the 125 sqm is our spacious kitchen including everything you might need for healthy cooking. The living room (right besides your room) has access to the small balcony which offers smokers asylum anytime.
One of our two senior cats is a bit challenging sometimes, so CAT LOVERS PLEASE :)
We are looking for a quiet, neat and very responsible housemate (definitely vaccinated) with a good sense of cleanliness.
Tempelhofer Feld and three parks are within easy reach. Grocery shopping is also super easy: Organic shops, discounters and the Turkish market twice per week do offer everything you might need.
The part of Weserstrasse we live in just turned into a Fahrradstrasse, so there is very little traffic going on.
Subway (U7, U8), busses (M29, M41, 171) and tram (S41, S42, "Ringbahn")
You will be living with me and my partner Uli in the apartment; and with our super nice neighbors in a very regular "Mehrfamilienhaus". This is why:
- parties are not allowed
- smokers are invited to use the balcony
- subletting your room is no option
As we have cats at our own, your pets cant't be brought along :/
LGBT-friendly, feminism is very welcome
