Hello people,
I'm renting a room in my flat for January/February next year. The room is 15 qm big and is fully furnished. As you can see on the pictures, it has a shelf which will be empty for your clothes and other stuff you might bring! If you need more space, we can definitely talk about it!
The room is on the inner courtyard, which means during the night it is quiet.
You'll have full excess to the kitchen with a dishwasher (fully furnished and renovated 2 years ago) and the bathroom (comes with a nice bathtub, a washingmaschine you can of course use).
Of course, you have WIFI in this flat :)
The flat is right at the corner of Lichtenberg. As I moved here, I thought I was in the middle of nowhere, but actually is it kinda good connected to everything, especially Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain.
To the S/U - Bahnhof Lichtenberg you'll need 5 minutes. From there you can either take the U-Bahn or S-Bahn, both take you to Alexanderplatz within 20 minutes.
From the U-5 you excess the area of Friedrichshain fast, Samariterstraße is just 5 min away with it.
With the S-Bahn you'll reach Warschauer in 5 min and Friedrichstraße within 25 min.
Bus services bring you directly to Ostbahnhof and other places.
The S/U-Bahnhof provides a supermarket (Edeka) which is opened 7 days per week. Yes, one of the few places where you can go shopping on a Sunday. You'll also find a Rossmann there. On the opposite side of the Bahnhof there is a Penny, nearby youll also find a Rewe and a Lidl.
If you in a hurry for presents or other stuff, the U5 takes you within 5 min to Frankfurter Allee, where you find a horrible but yet so practical shopping mall...
I'd say I'm a chill person to live with. I'm quite experienced with flatshares so far, since I'm living for some years in flatshares now. I love to cook and spend time with my friends in the kitchen, talk, laugh and just relax. If you like to, you always invited to join in the kitchen, eat with me and my friends and have a beer or a wine! Of course, I sometimes also enjoy being on my own, thats when my door is closed :) Just like a human being, I'd say. But, I'm going to be in the middle of exams by Fabruary, so I'm going to spend a lot of time in the library as well.
I'm pretty sure, we'll get along ;).
