One room is getting available starting from July the 3rd until 31st of July. The room is about 20 m² but we have a big living room, a well-furnished kitchen and a balcony that we can all enjoy. The Flat is oriented south and gets a lot of light when the sun decides to shine.
There's also 1 bathroom and an extra toilet which is perfect for 4 people. The room is furnished. The flat is located in Elsenstrasse 46a in Neukölln. We are 3 people living in this flatshare: Helen, Gabi, and Maaïe who is leaving for a month.
The flat and the room are fully equipped.

The location is great, near the canal and in between Treptower Park S-bahn and Rathaus Neukölln U-bahn. You have the 171, 194, 166 and 104 Bus in the corner. You have Netto, Nahkauf, EDK in 5 min walking, and a Bio market 10 min walking. There is many bars and Cafés in the zone. In summer with your bike you can go easily to Parks like Treptower Park in 5 min and Landwehr Kanal, which takes you directly to Badeschifft Pool and Visionäre Club. Tempelhof and Hasenheide in 12 min with your bike. As well you can reach easily the Turkish Market in Maybachufer.
