Da ich zurzeit viel Pendle, möchte und muss ich anfangen mein Zimmer sporadisch auf befristete Zeit zu vermieten.
Meine Möbel bleiben alle drin, es ist ein 2X2meter Bett und eine große Schlafcouch, sowie auch ein Schreibtisch vorhanden. Der Balkon ist sehr groß und wird aber momentan noch ausgebaut mit sitzecken, man kann aber schon sehr gemütlich dort sitzen und den Tag ausklingen lassen.
Die Lage der Wohnung könnte nicht besser sein.
In 7 minuten hat man das Tempelhofer Feld erreicht, auf dem man der lauten Großstadt mal entkommen kann.
Es gibt innerhalb von 2 bis 10 minuten Fußweg beinahe alle ÖPVN, diverse Busse, die U6 die in ein paar Minuten beim Checkpoint Charlie oder auch an der Friedrichstraße ist, sowie die Ringbahn.
Bad und Küche werden gemeinsam genutzt.
Im Zimmer neben an ertönen beinahe täglich wundervolle Klavier und Gitarrentöne.
Reinlichkeit ist uns wichtig.
