I sublet my furnished room (25sqm, very bright) for 3 weeks. This might be interesting for all the new people in town looking for a place to stay (i know, it's horrible out there...) Please keep in mind that there's no chance to rent the room before or after the limited period cause i usually live here :D
The room comes with a bed, couch and a big desk next to some storage opportunities. Or just have a look at the pictures.
Bad news first: Tempelhof is kinda boring. The good news is that you have good connections to public transport (U6, Ringbahn, Bus in 1-7 mins on foot). Neukölln is right around the corner and you need only 15mins to Friedrichstraße to give some examples. Also you will find a handful of supermarkets, snack and shopping opportunities here.
You're going to live with these guys:
Esther (24, studies art & philosophy to become a teacher)
Claudius (29, plays and teaches bassoon, but will eventually move out in the next days)
Lasse (27, studies film directing, has a 3-year old son who's in the appartment occasionally)
All of them are really easy-going and nice people.
You can come and see the room on the weekend if you like. (i prefer saturday) This is also a great opportunity to meet your flatmates. Due to the limited period of 3 weeks there's no need to prepare for a big casting or something like that.
