Das Zimmer ist 15 m^2 groß es hat ein zur Straße ausgerichtetes Fenster, hohe Decken und Dielenboden und ist unmöbeliert, man müsste seine eigenen Zimmermöbel mitbringen. Die restliche Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet.
Die Lage ist optimal auf der Hermannstraße gelegen nur 1 Minute von der U-Bahn Haltestelle Boddinstraße gelegen von der aus man mit der U8 gut angebunden ist. Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und Essen gibt es ausreichend in nächster Nähe und Bars gibt es auch nicht wenige.
Ich ziehe nach 3 Jahren aus meiner wundervollen WG aus und suche hier meine Nachfolgerin. Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG und das soll auch so bleiben. Wir sitzen gerne mal zusammen in der Küche, kochen was oder unternehmen auch mal etwas gemeinsam. Meine Mitbewohner sind beide super umgänglich, beide noch am studieren, einer macht Musik (es kann also ab und zu auch mal lauter sein daran sollte man sich nicht stören). Wichtig ist uns jemanden zu finden der Lust auf zusammen Leben hat, ordentlich ist und Interesse an einer schönen Wohnung hat.
