Our flat does perfectly fit to share! It contains two rooms, that are the same size, with a big kitchen and hallway separating them. Your room is cozy but light infused through two big windows. At the moment the walls are painted red, which you can change as you wish.
The kitchen is fully equiped. There is a fridge, dish washer (Oh yes, that's soo convenient!), and washing machine, which we ask you to pay part of in order to use it (about 100 Eur).
The bathroom is also equiped with towels, has daylight and a bathtub.
It’s a nice looking, very safe neighborhood to live in and easy to reach important points of interest. You are quickly in the center (5 minutes train ride to Zoologischer Garten), beautiful big parks in the area (Tiergarten, Volkspark Wilmersdorf) and Ku'damm is just around the corner.
The location is perfect for students of both TU and FU, since both Unis are very easy to reach! Also if you work in the center like me, the connection is really good.
The underground stop Hohenzollernplatz (U3) is just outside the door (20m) and takes you straight to Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain. The underground stop Spichernstraße (U3, U9) is 8 minutes walking away.
My name is Cora, I'm currently doing an Internship here, so I'll be around for another 6 months or so.
I like a bit of WG-Life, cooking, drinking wine and talking in the kitchen, but also like some private time every once in a whiIe. I find basic cleaning important but I'm not too fuzzy about it ;).
I'm looking for someone open minded and chill, who is up for some activities every now and then.
