Hi! I'm renting a room in my flatshare while my flatmate is away in their home country. The room is furnished with a double bed, a mirror table and a shelf. You're welcome to bring your own furniture if you like for the time you'll be staying here.
The room is very nice and bright, very comfortable! The bathroom and kitchen are very spacious (with a bathtub).
I would really like to share this space with a grown-up person, really good at keeping things clean, good at washing their own dishes properly and that's helpful with household tasks such as putting the trash out, vacuuming once a week, etc.
The flat is located less than 5 mins. away from S Wollankstr (S1, S25, S26), and 5 mins away from bus services 250, M27, 255, in a very quiet and green neighbourhood. There is two supermarkets around: Netto less than 4 mins by walk, Rewe 5 mins away.
The neighbourhood is super quiet and pretty, with farmacies, spätis, dönners places, 2 supermarkets around the corner and public transportation less than 4 mins away by walk. Also in case you have a car there is plenty of parking spaces around for free ;)! The building is not very old and there is a common backyard!
You'll be sharing the flat with me, a non-binary actor, make-up artist from Chile that's working their way in the German capital since 2015 , non smoker, non drinker and vegan. It's very important for me that if you're not queer at least you're open minded and respectful towards the queer community. I don't want to share my flat with Police or Military, so please refrain from writing. I am very laid back but I like cleanliness, hygiene, respect and honesty. I'd like to share my flat with a tidy person that hopefully isn't used to Mummy doing it for them. I prefer to live with a responsible, clean adult ;) . I don't mind if you smoke but smoking is not allowed in the flat, sorry! I don't mind if you drink though or if you are not a vegan either but at least be veggie, because i can't stand the smell of cooked dead bodies.
