Hi Leute,
Für ein Zimmer mit 14 m2 wird ein neuer Mitbewohner oder eine neue Mitbewohnerin gesucht. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet, aber hat ein speziell dafür gefertigtes Bett, das man übernehmen kann. Die Kissen, die Lampe und den Nachttisch kann man auch umsonst übernehmen.
Im Preis des Zimmers (420€ pro Monat) sind alle Nebenkosten, Strom und Internet enthalten.
Rauchen geht leider nicht, aber wir wohnen im Hochparterre, man kann sehr schnell in den Garten gehen.
Ich habe 2 sehr offene, freundliche und ruhige Mitbewohner.
Wir haben ein Bad mit Badewanne/Dusche. Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Küche ist voll ausgestattet.

Hello People,
We are looking for a new flatmate for a cozy room. The room will be empty but with the possibility to keep the bed, pillows, the lamp and bedside table, if you are interested.
It costs in total 420€ for the Month, all inclusive.
I have 2 very nice and easy going flatmates.
It is a non smoking flat, but as we live in the first floor, you can go to the garden easily and chill there with your cigarettes.

Hola a todes
Estamos buscando un o una nueva integrante para nuestro piso. La habitación es muy acogedora. En principio, se arrendaría vacía, pero con la posibilidad de quedarse con la cama, los cojines, la lámpara y el velador (aparecen en las fotos) si es que la quieren.
El precio total es de 420€ por mes con todo incluido. Mis compañeres de piso son muy simpáticos y tranquilos.
No se puede fumar en el departamento, pero estamos en un primer piso y tenemos un jardín, al cual puedes llegar muy rápido y disfrutar ahi del sol.
Si están interesados, escríbanme un email corto, contándome un poco de ustedes.
pd: El 31.8 se disolverá la Wg, por eso la habitación se arrienda por sólo 3 meses.

Die Wohnung liegt an der Hauptstrasse, 10317. Ruhige Wohngegend. S-Bahn Rummelsburg in 1 min und Ostkreuz 7 min Fußweg. Nach 30 Sekunden Fußweg ist man an der schönen Rummelsburger Bucht.
WG Leben
Allgemein suchen wir ein entspanntes WG-Leben, ohne Stress, in dem Respekt vor dem Anderen, Freundlichkeit und die Möglichkeit über alles kommunizieren zu können, essenziell sind.
Ebenso wichtig ist es, die gemeinsamen Plätze in der Wohnung ordentlich und sauber zu halten ;)
Die WG wird am 31.8 aufgelöst.
