Das Zimmer ist 14,20 qm groß und hat einen integrierten Kleiderschrank in der Wand, wodurch man sich nochmal einiges an Platz spart. Außerdem ist es zum Westen ausgerichtet und somit schön hell. Die Wohnung hat kein Wohnzimmer, daher verbringen wir Zeit zusammen in den jeweiligen Zimmern oder auf dem Balkon meiner Mitbewohnerin Leonie.
Die Küche ist sehr geräumig. Außerdem haben wir eine Abstellkammer und ein gemeinsames Kellerabteil.
Die meisten Möbel werde ich mitnehmen. Sachen wie Schreibtisch + Stuhl sowie Kommode kann ich gerne abgeben :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich ca 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Franz-Neumann-Platz (U-Bahn)
5 Minuten mit Bus zur Osloer Straße (U-Bahn)
12 Minuten Fußweg bis S-Bahn schönholz
Ich werde Berlin zum 15.06 leider verlassen. Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen werden Selina (23) und Leonie (22) sein. Selina ist selbständiges Model und fängt demnächst eine Ausbildung in der Pflege an. Leonie ist content creator und vielen Bereichen sehr kreativ. Mit den beiden
ist es immer lustig und das WG Leben entspannt. Ein rücksichtsvolles Miteinander war uns immer sehr wichtig, eine reine Zweck-WG ist nicht gewünscht. Am besten Ihr kommt einfach mal vorbei, um euch alles anzuschauen :)
