The room is 10 square meters and furnished. There are also two bathrooms in the flat as well as a main room and kitchen. Of course, you are allowed to decorate the room as you please. You can also bring some furniture if you like. Keep this in mind about the pictures: the furnishing will be different than what you see here.
The flat faces a quiet courtyard just a few blocks from Alexanderplatz, so you get the best of both worlds. The building is a renovated East German apartment block and there is some iconography of the era in the courtyard below. It is mostly families and expats living in the area. However, since it is only a few blocks away from Alexanderplatz, you can easily get anywhere in the city that you want!
