Hi there
I'm subletting my cozy room in 3 WG house for September and October (might be extended till end of this year but not decided yet)
The room has a big window and a door to the balcony, one queen size bed, a big desk and a closet.
Our lovely flat is on the 18th floor in the high apartment locates in Stadtmitte, the central of Berlin.
- 7min from U2 Stadtmitte, Hausvogteiplatz stations
- 7min from U6 Stadtmitte
- 1min from bus station
- 9min from checkpoint charlie station
Lidl, rewe, rossmann, DM, deutschbank, macDonald, KFC, etc. Everything for your city life in max 10min by walk.
You will stay with two lovely housemates, a IT programmer(M,DE) and a Yoga trainer(F,IL).
They are very relaxed & easy going & full of love and happiness people. :)
We have two bathroom so there is no battle for the toilet :)
And two balconies as well.
* Weed or any kind of magic pills are not welcome here, neither heavy crazy party at home.
Since we are having the home office period, it would be much more better for both of you and us if we can have coffee together before the decision.
