Hallo an ALLE,
Ich muss aus familiären Gründen meine Freundin (Sophie) allein in Berlin lassen. Ich werde bis mindestens 01.06.21 nicht in Berlin sein. Wir haben eine große 2,5 (90m2) Zimmer Wohnung mit 2 Bädern. Zudem lebt eine Katze mit uns, Max. Max ist sehr auf meine Freundin fixiert und hält sich kaum im angebotenen Zimmer auf. Ich vermiete das Zimmer wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. MÖBILIERT! Man kann natürlich ein wenig dazu ein & ausrichten, damit man sich wohl fühlt. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist haben wir auch einen Balkon mit Logia Verglasung. Die Wohnung ist generell sehr hell und super isoliert. Die Heizung funktioniert super. Das Internet ist sehr schnell 250Mbit Leitung. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG und hat einen Aufzug

I have to leave my girlfriend (Sophie) alone in Berlin for family reasons. I will not be in Berlin until at least 01.06.21. We have a large 2.5 room apartment (90m2) with 2 bathrooms. In addition, a cat lives with us, Max. Max is very fixated on my girlfriend and hardly stays in the offered room. I rent the room as it can be seen in the pictures. FURNISHED! You can, of course, a little to this one & align, so that you feel comfortable. As can be seen in the pictures we also have a balcony with logia glazing. The apartment is generally very bright and super insulated. The heating works great. The internet is very fast 250Mbit line. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has an elevator

Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch: 6 U-Bahnlienen sind in der Nähe (U1,U2,U3,U4,U7,U9) Die S-Bahn ist in 3 Min erreichbar (S Savingyplatz) und die Busse kann ich nicht alle aufzählen. Also eine Toplage mit den Öffentlichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten brauche ich ja nicht erwähnen, da dies eine Nebenstraße des Kurfürstendamm's ist. Supermärkte sind alle füßläufig und innerhalb von 5 Min erreichbar.
The location is simply fantastic: 6 U-Bahnlienen are nearby (U1,U2,U3,U4,U7,U9) The S-Bahn is accessible in 3 min (S Savingyplatz) and the buses I can not list them all. So a top location with the public. Shopping facilities I do not need to mention, because this is a side street of the Kurfürstendamm's. Supermarkets are all within walking distance and within 5 minutes.
Zu meiner Freundin: Sophie (31) in der jetzigen Zeit ist sie, wie jeder andere sehr häufig zu Hause und wünscht sich jemand der sich mit ihr zu Hause fühlt. Also kochen, abhängen, quatschen etc. Sie ist ein toller positiver Mensch, der eigentlich mit jedem gut auskommt. Lernt sie doch einfach mal kennen bei einem persönlichen Gespräch. Sie freut sich schon auf euch!
About my girlfriend: Sophie (31) in the current time she is, like everyone else very often at home and wants someone who feels at home with her. So cooking, hanging out, chatting etc. She is a great positive person who actually gets along well with everyone. Just get to know her in a personal conversation. She is looking forward to meeting you!
