You are registered at a university in Berlin, you are starting a voluntary service, an internship or a vocational training and you are looking for a room or a flat but it is complicated and you would like to have a quiet accommodation while looking? You want to enjoy a pedagogical program full of activities?
The Centre Français de Berlin is a non-profit organisation and provides rooms in its accommodation for students, volunteers, interns and apprentices under 27 years oldThe rent is 350€ per month. The hotel is located at Müllerstraße 74, 13349 in the north of Berlin-Wedding and just a few minutes away from the station Rehberge (on the U6, only ten minutes from Friedrichstraße).
All rooms include a bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a private bathroom, WiFi and a TV.
Attention, there are no cooking facilities, but shared fridges are put at disposal and the hotel is on the Müllerstraße, a very animated street with plenty of food places. A laundry is only a 2 minutes walk away from the hotel and open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m..
The CFB is a franco-german cultural centre with an arthouse cinema, green spaces and a community garden which makes the hotel a nice, vivid and warm-hearted place to live.
You have the possibility to rent a room for at least one month and up to 2 months.. A proof of registration at the university, as volunteer, an internship or apprenticeship contract will be requested for the reservation.

Du hast dich an einer Uni in Berlin eingeschrieben, beginnst einen Freiwilligendienst, eine Ausbildung oder ein Praktikum und bist auf der Suche nach einem WG-Zimmer oder einer Wohnung aber „es ist kompliziert“ und du wünschst dir eine ruhige Unterkunft, von der aus du in Ruhe suchen kannst? Du willst teil ein Pädagogisches Programm sein mit ganz viele Aktivitäten?
Das Centre Français de Berlin stellt Einzelzimmer seiner Unterkunft mit dem Charme eines Hotels aus den 60er Jahren für Studierende, Auszubildende, Freiwillige und Praktikant-innen unter 27 Jahre zur Verfügung. Die Miete beträgt 350€ monatlich. Das Hotel befindet sich in der Müllerstraße 74, 13349 Berlin im Norden des Stadtteils Wedding und nur wenige Minuten von der U-Bahn-Station „Rehberge“ entfernt (nur 10 U-Bahn-Minuten bis zur Friedrichstraße).
Alle Zimmer sind mit einem Bett, einem Schrank, einem Schreibtisch und einem eigenen Badezimmer sowie W-LAN und einem Fernseher ausgestattet.
Achtung, es gibt keine Möglichkeit, zu kochen, aber geteilte Kühlschränke werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Hotel befindet sich in der Müllerstraße, einer sehr belebten Straße mit vielen günstigen Essensmöglichkeiten. Ein Waschsalon befindet sich nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt und ist von 6.00 bis 22.00 Uhr geöffnet.
Das CFB ist ein deutsch-französisches Kulturzentrum mit einem Programmkino, vielen Grünflächen und einem Gemeinschaftsgarten, was den Ort freundlich, lebendig und lebenswert macht.
Du kannst das Zimmer von einem bis zu zwei Monaten mieten. Zum Einzug ist eine Praktikums-, Immatrikulations-, Freiwilligendienst- oder Ausbildungsbescheinigung notwendig.
