My room at the Stralauer Allee becomes available from March 1st. The room is 17m2 large, mainly furnished and it costs 600 euro in total. The deposit is the usual 3 months cold rent but you can pay that in instalments to the landlord.
The picture of the living room is older so there is no couch anymore and we got rid of useless stuff in the background. It only has the table and chairs so it’s just a nice dining area now. The kitchen is well equipped with whatever you need and it even has a dishwasher.
It is a 5 minute walk from East Side Gallery (Berlin wall), 15 minutes to Boxhagener Platz and 10 minutes to S/U-bahn Warschauer Strasse.
You’ll be sharing the apartment with Ciaran (student from San Francisco), Matty (UK, 29, works as a chef in an Irish Pub) and Mattis (DE, 21, studies architecture). They’re all clean and chill guys, are into the usual Berlin things like electronic music, chilling and good food... We converse and chill a bit on a daily basis but it is completely up to you. Anything goes but no one requires you to do anything, aside of just cleaning up after yourself.
