Hallo alle!
Leider muss mein jetziger Mitbewohner sehr kurzfristig ausziehen, weshalb ich möglichst schnell Ersatz suche, am liebsten schon ab dem 01.04.21!
Das Zimmer ist mit 11,5 m² zwar nicht groß, aber die Wohnung verfügt noch über ein "halbes" Zimmer (6m²), das momentan größtenteils zum Wäsche aufhängen genutzt wird und in dem z.B. noch ein Kleiderschrank oder sowas untergebracht werden könnte. ;) Sowohl mein als auch das zu vermietende Zimmer haben einen Balkonzugang. Ansonsten verfügt die Wohnung noch über ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und eine Küche mit Einbauküche inklusive Spülmaschine.

Since my current flatmate is moving out rather suddenly I am looking for someone new to move in as soon as possible, prefferably by april 1st 2021!
The room is not huge at 11,5 m², but there is another "half" room (6m²), which is mainly used for laundry atm and would provide additional space for a closet or something if needed. :) My room as well as the one up for rent both have their own access to the balcony.
Aside from that there is a bathroom with a bathtub as well as a kitchen which includes a dishwasher.
Die Wohnung liegt etwas südwestlich vom S-Bahnhof Zehlendorf (ca. 5-8 Minuten mit dem Rad) und ist durch die Buslinie 101 perfekt an die FU angebunden. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und für Berlin-Verhältnisse sehr grün und eignet sich gut zum Spazieren, Joggen, etc. :)
Der nächste Rewe ist ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
The Flat is located south-west of the S-Bahn Station Zehlendorf (5-8 with a bicycle) and is perfectly connected to the FU through the bus line 101. The Area is pretty quiet and very green for Berlin standards and is well suited for taking walks, jogging, etc.
The closest Rewe is 2 minutes away on foot. :)
Ich bin Sasha, sie/ihr, 25 Jahre alt und habe vor kurzem ein Fernstudium in Kultur- und Medienpädagogik angefangen. Ich tanze gern, pseudoanalysiere Filme, mag Tiere, intersektionalen Feminismus, koche gern und unterhalte mich gern.
Da ich drei bis vier Tage die Woche arbeite und am Wochenende oft bei meinem Freund bin, bin ich momentan gar nicht so super viel zu hause, aber würde mich trotzdem freuen, wenn wir uns gut verstehen. Wenn es zeitlich mal passt hätte ich auf jeden Fall auch Lust zusammen zu kochen, zu quatschen, vor YouTube zu versacken oder Sport zu machen! :)
Was Sauberkeit angeht, ist mir wichtig, dass die Bereiche, die wir beide nutzen halbwegs sauber gehalten werden und dass beide sich am Saubermachen beteiligen, aber bin auch nicht super pingelig.

I am Sasha, she/her, 25 years old and recently started an online degree in culture- and mediapaedagogy. I enjoy dancing, pseudoanalyzing movies, I like animals, intersectional feminism, cooking and good conversations.
Since I work 3-4 days per week and usually visit my boyfriend on weekends I'm not home too much at the moment but I would still like for us to get along well. If it works out time-wise I'm totally down for cooking together, chatting, watching YouTube or working out together! :)
In regards to Cleanliness I mostly care about the spaces we both use being left behind mostly clean and both of us contributing to the cleaning, but I'm not super particular.
