Das Zimmer ist ca. 22qm groß, sehr hell und sonnig im Sommer. Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau mit insg. 3 Zimmern und hat einen schönen Dielenboden. Küche und Bad sind groß und hell.
Momentan ist das Zimmer möbliert und im Optimalfall bliebe das auch so. Auf Wunsch könnten die Möbel aber auch raus für den Zeitraum (je nach Länge).
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Brüsseler Kiez im Wedding. Super Anbindung mit S+U, viele Supermärkte und Restaurants in Laufnähe. Wochenmarkt mit frischem Obst und Gemüse um die Ecke. Natur (Rehberge Park / Plötzensee) nicht weit weg, im Sommer super.
Alles kann, nichts Muss. Wenn wir gut miteinander klarkommen gerne auch mal zusammen kochen/essen, aber es sollte eine ungezwungene Atmosphäre sein. Ich würde vorschlagen wir lernen uns bei einem Treffen erstmal kennen und schauen dann weiter.
Die Mietzeit ist (erstmal) befristet auf 3 Monate. Es besteht aber ggf. die Möglichkeit auch danach nochmal zu verlängern.
