We are a queer flat consisting of 3 people, Marah, Jan + potentially u living right by Rathaus Neukölln.
Our third member will leave Berlin for good and we are looking for a qt to come by and have a good time with us.
We all have our different schedules, but do spend quite a lot of time together whenever we can, but no pressure. You do you. We usually cook anything Italian or some nice ramen and enjoy a good wine with some anime.
We are living in a newly renovated Altbauwohnung, with a nice bathroom and kitchen, a balcony and three bedrooms.
The available room has 15m2 + balcony. There is already some furniture like bed, desk, curtains that can be taken over for some money if you would like.

The price is 520€/ month.
The deposit is 1250€, but doesn't necessarily have to be paid in full immediately.
We are currently working on lowering the rent through Berliner Mieterverein with the Mietpreisbremse, but for now it's unfortunately that high.
btw, we are planning to invite ppl by the end of this week to have a little chat and drink next week (probs Thursday and Friday).
