We have a quiet, furnished room 16m² for rent from 1 July 2021, but not less than for 4 months. The room is in a private flat on the 8th floor of a 10-storey building, 400 m from Alexanderplatz. Apart from me, a young woman from Italy already lives in another room of the flat. My flatmate would like us to find a second young woman.
We would like a very friendly and communicative person who is ready for a nice WG life.
A shared bathroom and kitchen are guaranteed. A wireless internet connection is also available. In addition to a proper bed in the room, which has plenty of sunlight, there is a wardrobe, as well as 2 other cupboards and a colour TV.
A bus stop and a tram stop are right in front of the house.
My name is Wolfgang. Voluntarily, I do social welfare work. Friends describe me as polite, sympathetic, social, obliging, helpful and tolerant. I think I have remained youthful, natural and funny.
I worked as a lecturer for job application training and vocational activation for 6 years. But now, I volunteer to help migrants find jobs in Berlin or even accompany them to official appointments and help with filling out forms and support them when talking to the jobcentre.
Wir vermieten ein ruhiges, möbliertes Zimmer 16m², das ab dem 1. Juli 2021 frei wird, aber nicht unter 4 Monaten vermietet werden soll. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer Privatwohnung im 8. Stock eines 10-stöckigen Plattenbaus, 400 m vom Alexanderplatz entfernt. Außer mir wohnt bereits eine junge Frau aus Italien in einem anderen Zimmer der Wohnung. Meine Mitbewohnerin wünscht sich, dass wir eine zweite junge Frau finden.
Wir wünschen uns eine sehr freundliche und kommunikative Person, die bereit ist für ein schönes WG-Leben.
Ein gemeinsames Bad und eine gemeinsame Küche sind gewährleistet. Ein drahtloser Internetanschluss ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Neben einem richtigen Bett im Zimmer, welches viel Sonnenlicht hat, gibt es einen Kleiderschrank, sowie 2 weitere Schränke und einen Fernseher.
Eine Bushaltestelle und eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus.
Mein Name ist Wolfgang. Ehrenamtlich bin ich in der Sozialarbeit tätig. Freunde beschreiben mich als höflich, sympathisch, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, umgänglich und tolerant. Ich bin denke ich noch jugendlich, natürlich und locker geblieben.
Ich habe 6 Jahre lang als Dozent für Bewerbungstraining und Berufsaktivierung gearbeitet. Aber mittlerweile helfe ich ehrenamtlich Migranten bei der Jobsuche in Berlin oder begleite sie sogar zu Behördenterminen inklusive Ausfüllen von Formularen und unterstütze sie bei den Diskussionen mit den Jobcentern.
