Hello everyone,
I sublet my big, confortable and cozy room in Kreuzberg/Maybachufer (U8) from 01 July to end August 🙂
1-month rent possible but I would prefer to rent to someone the whole period.
The appartement is situated ideally, between the canal and the little KreuzKöln streets and bars. The sun is direct in the room until the beginning of the afternoon - perfect for the breakfast on the balcony ! Also you don’t melt during the night. Ubahn 8 is litteraly down the stairs. Tempelhof and Friedrischain are both by 10 minutes bike;
ALSO with the room comes my babies : my plants (easy to take care of no worries) and my bike 🙂
The appartement is perfect for home-office since I used to work from home the entire past year: you will have your own coffee machine, a nice desk and a massaging-chair (yes!). There’s lights everywhere if you want to work all-night.
You will be sharing the bathroom and the kitchen with Ben, frenchy roomate, DJing, super nice and welcoming 🙂 We respect each other, keep the place clean and communicate easily-peasy !
