Room
Sadly, our WG is dissolving and has to move out until end of September. Since I moved to another place already, my room is free from now on.
The room is actually a store and enclosed to the nice and quite Fidicinstrasse, so it has a separate door to outside and a huge store window. People from the streets can not look inside but you get the most light possible for an EG flat. Unfortunately, there are construction scaffolds at the moment, but still there is a good amount of light coming in.
The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, table, couch and a shelve which are for optionally for sale. It has a nice wooden floor and high Altbau ceilings.
The Wg situation might change every now and then, as the other permanent tenants are searching for a new place and might be able to find something sooner than later, so their rooms will make space for a new short term flat mate.
I don't have pictures right now because I'm not there at the moment.
It's not clear yet to what extent we have to renovate the place before leaving, so I typed in the 26th of September as move out day, this might be extented for a few days depending on the amount of renovation.
You are welcome to get to know the other room mates first, but it might be difficult to find a date soon when everyone finds time.
