Das Zimmer ist 18 m2 groß, mit Dielen-Boden , hoher Decke und einem großen Fenster zum Innenhof. Die Möbel auf den Bildern werden nicht mehr im Zimmer sein, ich kann aber ein Bett und einen Schrank stellen, das mitbringen von eigenen Möbeln, Bett etc. ist auch möglich. Es gibt auch einen Balkon, welcher vom anderen Zimmer ausgeht der auch gerne mitbenutzt werden kann.
Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock in einem Netten Altbau direkt am böhmischen platz in einem aufgeschlossenem und belebtem Kiez. Die Wohnung ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß von der S Sonnenalle entfernt.
Ich suche nach einer aufgeschlossenen Person mit der man auch mal einen Trinken gehen, oder was leckeres kochen und gemeinsam essen kann. Bin aber auch selber relativ viel und häufig in Berlin oder anderswo unterwegs.
Der Mietvertrag wäre zur Untermiete und auf ein Jahr befristet.
