Das Zimmer ist ca. 13qm groß, nicht möbliert, hat ne geile Aussicht und...Joa that's it
Gleich am Alex, also gut angebunden aber laut. Durch den Monbijoupark an der Spree und die dort umliegenden Straßen hat man trotz Alex ne ganz nette Gegend um die Ecke und ne große Auswahl geiler Restaurants.
Supermärkte gibt's alles in der Nähe: Kaufland, biocompany, netto, Denns, Edeka...
Bisher hab ich hier mit einer Freundin gewohnt. Nun suche ich für den Zeitraum bis auch ich die Wohnung nach vielen Jahren verlasse nochmal einen neuen Menschen :)
Ich hab Bock auf n entspanntes zusammen Wohnen; gern mal abends im Wohnzimmer oder so lange der Herbst es noch erlaubt auf'm Balkon auf n Bierchen zusammen sitzen und schnacken oder mal zusammen was unternehmen, aber alles, wie es flowt.
Wichtig ist mir tatsächlich, dass die Bude sauber und halbwegs aufgeräumt ist.
Ansonsten soll Mensch sich natürlich zu Hause und wohl fühlen. Selbstverständlich gehört dazu, dass Probleme/Kritik offen angesprochen werden können und sollen.
Näheres zu dir und mir können wir dann ja zu schnacken, über nem Drink der Wahl :D
