Schönes Zimmer am Nollendorfkiez (unbefristet)

Die Lage hier ist unschlagbar. Ich selbst wohne seit nun fast einem Jahr hier und habe mich noch nie wohler in Berlin gefühlt. Der Nollendorfkiez, der praktisch direkt beginnt wenn man die Tür verlässt, ist bekannt für seine LGBTQ-Szene und seine vielen Bars, Restaurants und entspannten Leute. Ein Bus hält direkt vor der Tür und der Nollendorfplatz ist nur 5min zu Fuß entfernt, wo die U1, U2, U3 und U4 hält. Hinter dem Winterfeldplatz, auf welchem auch zwei mal die Woche Markt ist, beginnt auch schon der Akazienkiez mit all seinen kleinen süßen Cafes.

The location here is unbeatable. I have been living here for almost a year now and have never felt more comfortable in Berlin. The Nollendorfkiez, which practically starts right when you leave the door, is known for its LGBTQ scene and its many bars, restaurants and relaxed people. A bus stops right outside the door and Nollendorfplatz is only a 5min walk away where the U1, U2, U3 and U4 stop. Behind Winterfeldplatz, where there is also a market twice a week, the Akazienkiez with all its cute little cafes already starts.

Da mein Mitbewohner zum 01.01.2022 ausziehen wird, einfach mal etwas zu mir: Ich bin 24, studiere derzeit im Master und arbeite zudem nebenbei als Werkstudent. Allgemein würde ich mich als offenherzigen, humorvollen und extrovertierten Menschen beschreiben. Für's WG-Leben relevant ist, dass wir jede Woche die Wohnung putzen, damit sie auch weiterhin so schick bleibt wie es ist. Falls man nach einem harten Kater mal einen Tag länger braucht, ist das auch kein Beinbruch. Mir ist vor allem ehrliche Kommunikation wichtig, damit man gut zusammen leben kann. Ich würde mich auch sehr freuen, wenn man viel gemeinsam unternimmt, am Abend ein Bierchen zusammen trinken kann oder mal etwas kocht miteinander. Mit unseren Nachbarn unternehmen wir hier btw auch recht viel.

Since my roommate will move out to 01.01.2022, just something about me: I am 24, currently studying in the master and also work part-time as a working student. In general, I would describe myself as an open-hearted, humorous and extroverted person. Relevant for living in a shared apartment is that we clean the apartment every week so that it stays as chic as it is. If you need an extra day after a hard hangover, that's not a big deal either. Above all, honest communication is important to me, so that we can live well together. I would also be very happy if we could do a lot together, drink a beer together in the evening or cook something together. We also do a lot with our neighbors here.
