We are Francisco, Julian, and Anni and we're looking for a new flatmate! We live in a beautiful 5-room “Altbau” flat in Graefestraße and there'll be a room available from 1st of January 2022 (potentially a bit earlier).
Francisco (41) is German-Portuguese, works as a journalist, has 2000 shoes and 4 skateboards; Julian (36) is Italian, works in an NGO and has 2000 tools and a sailboat (just one); Anni (35) is German (sort of), works in communications, and owns 2000 drawing pens plus an ever-growing tea collection. We are mostly remote working and although we have busy schedules, we enjoy each other’s casual company. Every now and then we share a meal, watch a movie together, or play frisbee in Hasenheide, which is just a few minutes away.
We’re not strictly vegetarian but meat is quite rare in our kitchen, we enjoy a smoke every once in a while, and have reasonable cleaning standards (and a glittery cleaning-schedule).
We're looking preferably for a woman our age who enjoys relaxed but responsible and respectful co-living. Vaxx only.
Your perspective room is about 10 smq and faces a very quiet and green inner yard. The rent is 305€ all bills included. If you're working from home, there is plenty of home-office space in the living room.
We speak: English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and Swedish.
