We are renting out a sunny, bright room in the top floor apartment (25m2, sun goes up right towards your window) in Mitte / Kreuzberg. The room comes partly furnished (bed, regal, curtains, lamp stays). The room is available on a sublease for now, with the potential to become main tenant (Hauptmieter) later down the line.
We are looking for someone wanting to stay long term, with a stable full time job/income (no students applications pls), who appreciates a shared living space.
About the flat/location:
With a furnished living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies, the apartment never feels crowded, despite sharing it with 3 people.
Located in Mitte / Kreuzberg, one of the youngest districts in Berlin, the apartment is very close to the start-up hub, the city centre, cafés, bars, restaurants, museums and more. It is also well connected to public transport, with subway and metro buses located nearby (U-Bahn Kochstraße).
Lucjan, Ksenyia and Wissal are three friendly multicultural tenants who like to meet new people, travelling and enjoying all the benefits that come with living in the city centre in Berlin.
Wissal (27)is an architect and currently works in an office in Charlottenburg since October.
Lucjan (33) is German, follows his passion for health and nutrition and works as a freelance personal trainer. He is a health nut, loves to cook, meet new people, with a passion for personal development, working out, healthy vegan food, mindful living, meditation and reading.
Kseniya (28) is a freelance art-director from Moscow. I'm interested in all the cultural life – from exhibitions to techno scene. She really enjoys yoga, contemporary dance, all kinds of art&design, reportage photography and art house cinema.
We are looking for someone who will feel at home in our place and appreciates a shared living space. Ideally you are independent, chilled, definitely not a filth wizard, fun-natured but don’t bring the party home, have a good sense of humour and treat people and belongings with respect :)
