Das Zimmer liegt in einer 125 m² großen Wohnung mit insgesamt vier Zimmern. Es ist möbliert. Die Fenster gehen zur Torstraße und zur Gormannstraße. Die Wohnung wird mit Fernwärme beheizt, Bad und Küche sind zu teilen. Es gibt schnelles Internet.
Das Haus liegt im Ortsteil Mitte, an der Ecke Gormann-/Torstraße, also sehr verkehrsgünstig mit U-Bahn, Straßenbahn und Bus zu erreichen. Die nächste S-Bahnstation ist Hackescher Markt. Der Verkehrslärm beschränkt sich auf die Zeiten der rush-hour morgens und abends. Zur Zeit finden Renovierungsarbeiten im Hausflur statt.
