Hello! I will be travelling for 2 months so I sublet my room from the 5th of April to the 5th of June.
The apartment has a lot of space and light to offer.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, a kitchen with a dining table, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Each room faces onto a balcony!
Your room is small but cozy and very bright. The living room includes a television, a record player, and an office space for remote work.
We have many beautiful plants!
You will share the apartment with my flatmate Aliyah. She works as a graphic designer and partially works from home. Aliyah and I have a very chilled, uncomplicated way of getting along and living together. We enjoy cooking together, watching TV, but also respect each other's personal space. We wish for a person that can do the same :)
She is vegan, so we also wish for someone who has understanding and respect towards a vegan lifestyle
The overall rent is 600 euros per month, which is slightly less than what I pay. I'd like for you to pay 2 months in advance, without any Kaution. So we will never need to talk about money again :)
