Hallo! Ich bin 2 Wochen im Urlaub und würde gerne das Zimmer in dieser Zeit vermieten. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sehr hell. Wenn die Sonne scheint ist es eigentlich den ganzen Tag über sehr sonnig und warm! Mit vielen schönen Pflanzen ist der Raum sehr gemütlich.
Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert, d.h. Matratze, Schrank, Kleiderstande, Schreibtisch, Lampen sind vorhanden. Gerne räume ich dir Platz für deine Sachen ein!
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, da man in 2 min Laufdistanz am Rosa-Luxembourg Platz ist. Dort fahren Straßenbahn, Bus und U-Bahn. Am Alexanderplatz ist man ebenfalls in 10 min zu Fuß.
Die Mitbewohnerinnen sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Beide arbeiten und sind daher tagsüber meistens beschäftigt. Abends kochen, trinken oder hängen sie gerne auch mal zusammen in der Küche ab. :)
Wir teilen uns ein Bad mit Dusche, Waschmaschine und Badewanne.
