Hi y'all. I am subleting my 2 rooms in a kinda big house in the yellow tall multistorey buildings of Mitte, right below the Jewish museum. One room functions as an office - chill space and the other one is a bedroom with an open wardrobe. There are speakers, a nice comfy couch , amazing view and plenty of light. Nice place to have as a base to run around Berlin or simply work from. You ll be with my two flatmates , Christina and Gudie who are both lovely and chill. I do not smoke in the rooms and so shouldn 't you. There is though easy access to smoking area.
The amount to be paid is 235 and is exactly half the amount i pay monthly.
Send me a realy short text and be ready to move in soon cause it just popped out that i have to go away for two weeks and i have a lot to deal with. First come first served. Cheers
