The flat has four rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. We don´t have a livingroom but we can sit together in the kitchen or on the balkony. The flat is in the 3rd floor. The room has 17 square meters it is bright and has a wooden floor. The window is in direction to the back jard so it is calm.
Desk, clothes rail and a lamp would stay in the room if you want(: Susanne will leave them here.
It only takes 6-10 minutes to "S Karlshorst". There are a lot of supermarkets, a pharmacy, the post and everything you need close by. In 10 minutes walking distance you are in the forest "Wuhlheide". In only 8 minutes by S-Bahn you are at "S Ostkreuz". Karlshorst is not so far away from everything as its name sounds.
