Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß, rechteckig und geht Richtung Straße, was aber nicht schlimm ist, da es eine sehr kleine und ruhige Straße ist. Es ist in einem sehr guten Zustand mit modernen Fenstern und sogar etwas Stuck an den Decken.
Bei der S1 ist man innerhalb von weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß und auch zur U7 ist es nicht allzu weit. Durch die ziemlich zentrale Lage ist eigentlich alles mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar, was auch im Innenhof angeschlossen werden kann.
Ich bin Klaas, 27 und gerade in den letzten Zügen meines Masters. Neben dem Studium habe ich aber auch noch Zeit für Freunde und Sport, sodass ich relativ viel unterwegs bin und ab und zu auch mal jemand zu Gast ist, um ein paar Bier zu trinken. Ich habe in den letzten Jahren gemerkt, dass mir Ordnung doch relativ wichtig ist, aber in keinem Fall zwanghaft ausgeprägt ist. Wichtig ist mir besonders eine gute Kommunikation, Freiraum und dass man sich einfach miteinander wohlfühlt.
Die Wohnung ist abgesehen vom Zimmer komplett ausgestattet. Also Waschmaschine, Einbauküche, Spülmaschine, Staubsauger etc..
