Hello!
Während ich im Urlaub bin, vermiete ich mein Zimmer in Steglitz für 2 Wochen unter. Das Zimmer ist gut 20 qm groß und geht zum Süd-West-Balkon raus, wo man viel Sonne hat. Ich habe draußen und drinnen ganz viele Pflanzen, die sich über Wässerung freuen würden. Wenn du das nicht machen willst, auch nicht schlimm, aber dann müsste eine meiner beiden Mitbewohner ab und an mal kurz vorbeischauen.
Die beiden Mitbewohnerinnen, das sind Suheib und Michael . Beide sind superlieb, Suheib kenne ich schon ewuig, Michael ist erst seit ein paar Monaten da und lernt noch Deutsch.
Die Wohnung ist eine schöne Altbauwohnung mit Stuck in einer recht ruhigen Pflasterstraße. Ich habe auch noch ein kleines Arbeitszimmer mit Schreibtisch, bei Bedarf könntest du das auch noch nutzen.
So I'm subletting my room for the month that I'll be on holiday. It's in the middle of the month, so if other dates work for you, we can talk about it and see about the prices. Everything else is just in the German desciption for now.
Ein bisschen außerhalb des Rings, dafür ist es teilweise schon richtig ruhig hier mit Teltow-Kanal und Stadtpark Steglitz ganz in der Nähe. Mit der S25 (10 Minuten laufen) ist man dann auch in 5 Minuten Yorckstr oder sehr schnell in Mitte auch z.B.
Zudem fahren unzählige Busse 1 Minute von der Haustür entfernt ab und mit dem Fahrrad ist man eh gut unterwegs. Hier im Süden sind auch einige bekannte Kletterhallen und man ist schnell an der FU.
An der Straße unten ist auch ein kleiner Späti, sonst ist alles, was man braucht, fußläufig zu erreichen.
Two very nice guys are staying there. Michael (21) is from Ukraine and learning Geran at the moment to start his studies. Suheib (29) is working as a lawyer.
Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle ist alles vorhanden.
Ich glaube das sind erstmal alle wichtigen Informationen.
