Luis und ich (Robert) suchen ab dem 1.09. einen Mitbewohner/in für unsere Wohngemeinschaft in Berlin Tempelhof. Die Altbauwohnung befindet sich in der Komturstraße 76A (innerhalb des Rings) und ist somit verkehrstechnisch sehr gut angebunden.
Eine Busstation befindet sich direkt vor unserer Haustür. S und U-Bahnhöfe sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus sehr schnell zu erreichen ( S-Tempelhof, S-Hermannstraße, S-Südkreuz)
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Rewe -> zu Fuß 5 min
Netto -> zu Fuß 10 min
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine modern großräumig eingebaute Küche und einem kleinen Balkon. Im Bad ist eine Badewanne + Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Das Zimmer in das du dann einziehen wirst, befindet sich auf der Westseite und wurde gerade neu gestrichen, ist aber noch nicht möbliert. Der Boden besteht aus Fliesen aber wenn der Bedarf besteht einen neuen Bodenbelag zu verlegen, helfen wir dir gerne.

Luis und ich sind beide 22 Jahre alt und kommen aus Berlin. Wir sind lebensfrohe und weltoffene Menschen. Luis studiert Stadt- und Regionalplanung an der TU und ich fange im kommendem Semester an Lehramt auf Sport und Erdkunde zu studieren. Über ein freundschaftliches Zusammenleben in der Wg würden wir uns freuen, aber auch jeder Rückzug wird völlig akzeptiert.

Luis and I (Robert) are looking for a flatmate for our shared flat in Berlin Tempelhof from 1st of September. The flat is located at Komturstraße 76A (inside the ring) and is therefore very well connected in terms of transport.
There is a bus station right outside our front door. S and U-Bahn stations can be reached very quickly on foot or by bus ( S-Tempelhof, S-Hermannstraße, S-Südkreuz).
Shopping facilities: Rewe -> 5 min walk
Netto -> 10 min on foot
The flat has a modern, spacious kitchen and a small balcony. The bathroom has a bathtub and washing machine.
The room you will move into is on the west side and has just been repainted, but is not yet furnished. The floor is tiled but if there is a need to lay new flooring, we will be happy to help you.
Now about us
Luis and I are both 22 years old and come from Berlin. We are fun-loving and cosmopolitan people. Luis is studying urban and regional planning at the Technical University of Berlin and I will be starting to study physical education and geography in the coming semester. We would be happy to live together in a friendly flat share, but any retreat is also fully accepted.
