Ich heiße Stefan und bin 30 Jahre alt. Ich wohne in dieser traumhaften, lichtdurchlässigen Wohnung direkt am S Bahnhof Ostkreuz schon seit 2017. Die Wohnung verfügt über 4 Zimmer (3 Schlafzimmer und 1 Wohnzimmer), Balkon, Badezimmer, Gästetoilette und eine große Küche Vor 6 Monaten ist die Chiara auch in ein WG Zimmer eingezogen. Der Luca wird für 6 Wochen zwischen den 1.12.22. - 15.01.23 verreist sein. Deswegen suchen wir für den Zeitraum eine Person die sein Zimmer übernehmen möchte. Chiara und ich sind beide Sozial und unternehmen mal auch gerne was am Wochenende zusammen wie kochen/ was trinken gehen. Natürlich ist es auch mal schön Zeit alleine zu verbringen da wird auch beide Arbeiten und fast den ganzen Tag unterwegs sind. Wir suchen eine ordentliche Person, soziale Person für die 6 Wochen Untervermietung.
Die Gesamte Miete für den Zeitraum beträgt 1.350 € was dann bis zum Einzugsdatum bezahlt werden muss.
Die 300€ Kaution werden auch bei dem Auszug wieder bezahlt, die spätestens 2 Wochen vor Einzug bezahlt werden müssen. Ich bin flexible und würde am liebsten die Person persönlich kennen lernen und die WG dann auch vor dem Einzug Zeigen.

My name is Stefan and I am 30 years old. I have been living in this amazing, translucent apartment right at the Ostkreuz S-Bahn station since 2017. The apartment has 4 rooms (3 bedrooms and 1 living room), balcony, bathroom, guest toilet and a large kitchen. 6 months ago, Chiara moved into the apartment as well. Lucas Room will be available for 6 weeks, between 1.12.22. - 15.01.23, as he will be travelling at that time. That's why we are looking for a person who would like to take over his room for this period of time. Chiara and I are both social and like to do something together during the weekend like cooking/ going out for drinks. Of course it's also nice to spend time alone because we both work and are out and about most of the day. We are looking for a tidy, social person for this 6 week subletting period.
The total rent for this period is €1,350, which must then be paid by the move-in date.
The 300€ deposit, must be paid no later than 2 weeks before moving in and will also be paid back when you move out. I'm flexible and would like to get to know the person personally and then show them the apartment before moving in.
