The flat is 90m2 with 2 bedrooms (1 would be yours) with a big living room where we use as our co-working space, toilet and big bathroom with bathtub. It is very Calm you can have a really good quality sleeping. Kreuzberg) with a friendly and supporting neighourhood.
Price: 660€ per month + all the services included No anmeldung possible sorry. We will make together a contract and I would also take caution money of 450 Euro, in case anything gets broken etc.., once it is checked that every thing is in order it will be the reimbursement.
In our house you will co-live and co-create a home with a creative and hearty flatmate, who works in Art Gallery and work with Art design Ola from Poland.

Die Wohnung ist 90m2 mit 2 Schlafzimmern (1 würde dir gehören) mit einem großen Wohnzimmer - was wir als unseren Co-Working-Space verwenden -, WC und großes Bad mit Badewanne. Es ist sehr ruhig, man kann hier wirklich gut schlafen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Kreuzberg, mit einer freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Nachbarschaft.
Preis: 660€ pro Monat + Kaution
In unserem Haus wirst du mit einer kreativen und herzlichen Mitbewohnerin aus Polen zusammenleben und ein Zuhause schaffen und sie arbeitet in einer Kunstgalerie und beschäftigst sich mit Kunstdesign.
