Really lovely flat with lots of character. (1st room I visited in Berlin (5yrs ago) I said 'YES' Immediately!!!!)

MitWG: Flatmates are two germans who speak english very well. Marc is 36 and Katja 52 - friendly, kind always wanting to do things, helpful, eat together some nights, go drinking and have nice house relationship
Second floor apartment offers high ceilings and big tall windows that make it very light. gorgeous old style building looks out across quiet tree lined street.
Small courtyard out the back, with a lovely park at corner - 40meters away.
Neighbours are really nice, quiet and friendly, helpful - both english and german speaking
LOCATION IS INCREDIBLE.
Kollowitz kiez is the nicest part of P-berg and 5minutes walk to mitte (middle)

U2 underground -Ubahn is 3-4minutes walk - two stops to ALEXANDERPLATZ CENTRE OF BERLIN! (east side)
U8 is 8-10mins walk
Tram M1 , M2 is 5 minutes wlk
Tram M5, M8 is 7 minutes walk.
Lots of great restaurants, bars, super markets, bakeries, GORGEOUS CAFE around the corner - google FRANK CAFE!
theatre and art galleries within a few minutes too
SATURDAY MARKET - kollowitzkiez market is a dream on Saturdays - BEST FRESH EGGS!
Totally love this area Zionchurch at the end of the road is delightful.

It's a great apartment and wonderful location. We would love to show you the room and meet the flatmates, Katja and Marc. We hope to hold a time window for those interested to visit and inspect the room
