No couples please.
I am subletting my cozy room in Neukolln while I am away in january. It is a large room of almost 30 square meters so you have plenty of space to live and chill in. It is very useful if you are working from home. The room is equipped with a bed, TV, couch, desk with monitor and closet.
The flat also has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom as well as a large living room with balcony.
The flat is located on the lively street of Weserstrasse in Neukolln. The area has many bars, restaurants and shops. You are 10 mins walking distance from U Rathaus Neukolln and you also have many buses in the area. The Sbahn is a 10 minute bus ride away. It's the perfect location if you enjoy evenings in cozy bars, nice food and shopping. The area is very green and the canal is only 2 mins walking away.
You will be living with my English flatmate Katie. She is 27 and works from the office and from. She's super friendly, tidy and sociable but also understands and respects personal space. We keep the flat quite clean and are looking for someone who is respectful of the space.
