I will be out of town for 2 months therefore i am renting my beautiful room which i am living in since 2.5 years. The room is very big and takes so much light during the day as it has windows looking in the street. The room itself is 26sqm with high ceiling, classic altbau.Anmeldung is not possible.
The location of the place in is Neukoln within a very lively street. You have many bars throughout the street and also many restaurants and some spatis just near 3 buildings. In terms of transportation it is in a very center place where you have m29 and 194 as buses which go to either to ostkreuz or kreuzberg. Apart from that hermanplatz ubahn station is just 10minutes away by foot.
I am looking for someone who is very clean, who respects to the shared spaces and keep it clean. Do some cleaning in the bathroom or in the kitchen when it is necessary as my flatmates like to keep the common spaces clean. It would also be important to have someone not loud as the other flatmate is in just next door.
I will be doing the viewing tomorrow(Tuesday 20Dec) and give the room asap to whomever fits the best. It would be nice to send facebook or instagram accounts as well.
