Room offers adequate amount of space for chilling on the couch, working from home, having friends come and stay and everything in between. Room is about 25 square metres, has a loft, and can be taken on either furnished or unfurnished.
The 212 sqm flat extends over the ground floor and the 1st floor, which are connected by a spiral staircase. On the ground floor there is our spacious kitchen and living room, a modern bathroom, a toilet and two bedrooms. On the 1st floor there are four bedrooms, another modern bathroom and an additional second entrance to the flat.
Our WG is about 1 minute away from Grenzallee station, so we are well connected to public transport. S Bahn Neukölln is less than a 10-minute walk away. Various supermarkets (Denn's, Kaufland, Lidl) are about a 5-minute walk away.
It's also walking distance from Rixdorf and Körnerpark. The relevant Neukölln Kiez is Kranoldkiez.
Although there are six of us, our WG life is quiet and smooth. We are an international flat: British, Belgian, American, Lithuanian, Australian. About half of us work from home. Occasionally we cook together or go out for a drink - usually spontaneously. The official language of the shared flat is English =)
As one of our main tenants is moving out, we are looking for a person who not only fits well into our shared flat, but is also able and willing to be included in the main tenancy agreement in the long-term. Being able to speak German is a big plus.
