The room is cozy and spacious, fully furnished. This room has character, it has a big beautiful plant in the end of the room next to the window, which looks like a tree, a long desk with a lamp, a beautiful piano next to the bed. The cieling is 3+m tall which gives a really nice antique feel to the room. The window is in the back of the building so it's really quiet. The bed is very comfortable and soft, feels like in the clouds
The apartment is located next to Kudamm PlatzinCharlottenburg,so it's a very central location with just 3 min walk from the nearest Uban (U1,U2,U3,U9 etc are available) and Sban stations (S zoologichegarten, s3,s5,s7 etc). Edeka, Ulrich, Rewe and Lidl groceries stores are within the range of 5 min. The apartment itself is quite big and spacious and very clean.
We are an international WG . We range in age from 23 to 60 and come from Germany, France, Chile, and Albania. We are a mixed flatshare, some of us are students, some work full time. We love culture, art and like to cook together, go to the cinema/theatre and exhibitions. We love books, music, movies, and traveling. The WG has 2 cleaning ladies that take turns so common areas are clean and neat at all times. There are no extra costs for tenants the cleaning ladies.
