Ich habe eine neue Wohnung gefunden , deswegen suche ich einen neuen Nachmieter zu meiner 2er WG. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Studentenwohnheim. Du musst ein immatrikulierter Student an einer der Universität in Berlin sein um hier wohnen zu dürfen. Der Zimmer ist ziemlich groß - ungefähr 18qm, ist möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Regal) und dazu haben wir auch eine große Küche (leider ohne Backofen). Die Sofa, kleiner Tisch und Teppich können auf Wunsch übernommen werden. Die Warmmiete ist ungefähr 270euro, Internet ist da schon vorhanden. Keine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, aber es gibt ein Waschmaschinenraum im Keller.
Wir möchten den Laminat auch in der Wohnung lassen, sie müssen damit einverstanden werden.
Hi! I found a new apartment so im looking for a new tenant for my room in 2room WG. The flat is in the student dorm - you have to be a student in Berlin so that the contract can be signed. The room is pretty big - around 18qm, furnitured (bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, regal), the kitchen is also very big and spacious (fortunately without oven). The coach, small table can be also sold for a small price. The rent is 270euro, including internet and all the costs. No washing machine in the room, but in the basement there is a laundry room.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Studentenewohnheim mit ca. 600 Studenten, in Biesdorf. Es ist ein sehr ruhiges Bezirk mit guter Anbindung in die Stadt. Direkt neben der Wohnheim es gibt Rewe und DM, ansonsten in Laufweg sind andere Supermärkte zu erreichen. Im Wohnheim es gibt auch ein großes Garten mit Grillplätzen, Volleyball, Tischtennis, Basketball. In der zweite Gebäude gibt es auch ein Fitnessraum.
5 Minuten mit Bus zum Sbahn Biesdorf, von Sbahnhof sind es nur ca. 10 Minuten zur Warschauerstr und ca. 20 Minuten zur Alexanderplatz.
The apartment is in the dorm for about 600 students. It is in Biesdorf, it's a very calm district with a good connection to the city. Next to the dorm you have supermarket. There is also a big garden with bbq-places, volleyball, table-tennis, basketball. In the second building of the dorm there is also a fitness-room.
If you go to the city, you have to take the bus to Sbahnhof Biesdorf (it takes 5 minutes) and from there you have Sbahn S5, which goes 10 minutes to Warschauerstr and 20 minutes to Alexanderplatz.
Dein Mitbewohner ist 26 Jahre alt, Dimas, kommt aus Indonesien. Er lebt seit siebenhalb Jahren in Deutschland und studiert zu diesem Zeitpunkt im Master Medizinphysik. Er fotografiert gerne, geht ins Cinema und macht Sport (Badminton, Volleyball). Ersten Eindruck von ihm bekommst du auf sein Insta @dimas.p.s
