Da ich zum 01.06. ausziehe, unsere Wohnung aber bis zum 01.07. besteht wird für einen Monat mein Zimmer frei und sucht eine nette Bewohnerin / einen netten Bewohner. Mein kleines Zimmer ist 9 QUADRATMETER groß, schön hell und teil einer sehr netten 3er WG mit schöner, geräumiger Küche und einem schnieken Bad. Meine Möbel werde ich (bis auf ein Regal) mitnehmen, also ist es UNMÖBILIERT. Daher müsste man idealerweise zumindest seine eigene Matratze mitbringen. Falls das nicht möglich ist, könnte ich meine Matratze aber auch für den Monat da lassen - kann man gerne drüber reden.
My room in a nice flat in Neukölln-Britz is avalible for one month (01.06. - 01.07.). Furniture is not included because I am moving out. Unfortunately the room is only avalible for one month because we will give up the flat to the 01.07.
Unsere Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der U7 (Grenzallee) oder 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom S-Ring / U8 Neukölln oder Hermannstraße entfernt. Die Lage ist ruhig, man kann also problemlos bei offenem Fenster nächtigen, ist aber auch flott für bei Kuchen, Wein und Sekt im hipperen Teil des wundevollen Neuköllns.
5 minutes walk to U7 Grenzallee / 15 minutes to S-41 / U8 S+U Hermannstraße and S+UNeukölln.
Ich habe zwei wundervolle Mitbewohnerinnen zu bieten! Beide sehr charmant und schlicht und ergreifend tolle Menschen, mit denen sich jeder sicherlich blendend versteht. Da wir eine wirklich schöne Küche haben steht gemeinsamen Tee/Wein/Kochaktionen also nichts im Wege!

Da sich am 01.07. die WG leider auflöst werden wir einige Tage vorher schon langsam damit beginnen, unsere Sachen auszuräumen. Das wird ab dem 27.03., also im letzten Juniwochenende geschehen.Wer sich aber an fehlendem Tisch etc. nicht stört, kann natürlich auch gerne bis zum letzten verharren und das letzte Juniwochenende noch bleiben!
We will give up the flat to the 01.07. So we will start to sell the shared furniture (table in the kitchen etc.) the last weekend of June - so it might be a little bit messy the last days of your stay.
