Hey Leute,
in unserer 3-er WG wird für 6 Wochen ein Plätzchen frei!
Gelegen in Neukölln (12min von S+U Hermannstraße, 5 Minuten zu Bus Karl-Elsasser Straße und 7 Minuten zu Bus Germaniapromenade zu Fuß) kannst du in dieser WG im größten Zimmer wohnen. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und dir werden einige Plätzchen für deine Sachen freigeräumt. Das Ganze kostet warm inkl. Wlan und Allen Nebenkosten (außer Netflix ;)) 400€. Wir haben auch einen lauschigen Balkon! Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock (ohne Fahrstuhl).
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen werden Julie und Akira. Julie ist 29, Sportskanone, Superköchin und arbeitet als Sozialarbeiterin. Akira 25, ist Studentin an der HFF in Babelsberg und wird DIE Regisseurin der Zukunft :P. Beide freuen sich über nette WG-Abende und sind immer offen für Neues :)
Wir suchen nach einer Person die Lust auf Zusammenleben hat.

Hey,
In our 3-person appartment, one room will be free for 6 weeks!
Located in Neukölln (12min from S+U Hermannstraße, 5 minutes to bus Karl-Elsasser Straße, and 7 minutes to bus Germaniapromenade-walking distance). You will stay in the biggest room in this shared flat. The room is fully furnished, and you will be given some free space for your stuff. The total rent is 400€ per month including wifi and all additional costs (except Netflix ;)). We also have a cozy balcony! The apartment is on the 3rd floor (without an elevator).
Your roommates will be Julie and Akira. Julie, 29, sporty, a great cook, and works as a social worker. Akira, 25, is a student at the HFF in Babelsberg and will be THE director of the future :P. Both are happy about nice nights in our kitchen, and are always open for anything new :)
We are looking for a person who would like to live in a community.
