Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock, das Zimmer ist mit großen Fenstern zur Südwestseite raus, also habt ihr den ganzen Tag Sonne. Es hat einige oberflächliche Schönheitsmakel durch die Vormieter.
Der Balkon befindet sich vor beiden Zimmern und streckt sich über die gesamte Flanke der Wohnung, er darf durch beide Zimmer betreten werden. Das zu vermietende Zimmer befindet sich im hinteren Teil der Wohnung und gegenüber vom Bad.
Third floor Apartment, the spare room has big windows southbound. No furniture, and the past roommates left a few marks on the surface. Huge Balcony that stretches along the southside of the flat and is accessible from both rooms. The room for rent is in the back of the apartment and across from the bathroom.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist gut (2 min U3, 5 min Bus, 8 min Ringbahn) und die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und könnte als eine Art eingestandene Gemeinschaft, der Umgang ist recht herzlich. Die Läden schließen früh und die berühmten Späti’s gibt es bei uns mit etwas mehr Fußmarsch als in Berlin üblich. Der Block bettet sich unter der Woche meist gegen 22 Uhr zur Ruhe. Wir haben in der Gegend einige gemütliche Restaurants und niedliche Läden, außerdem ist es eine saubere Gegend um umher zu spazieren oder einige Biere mit Freunden zu trinken. In der Nähe sind Volkspark Wilmersdorf, vor der Tür gibt es Tischtennisplatten und 10 Minuten entfernt ein Skatepark für Anfänger.
The transportation is close (2 min U3, 5 min Bus, 8 min Ringbahn) and the neighborhood very calm and kind of a closed community, most people here know each other for years. Shops close quite early and we don’t have lots of Berlin’s typical late night shopping opportunities. The house usually calms around 10 p.m. during workweek. We have some cozy Restaurants around and it’s a neat area to walk around or have beers with friends. The Volkspark Wilmersdorf is close by, right by the house we have a tabletennis table and 10 minutes by foot there is a skatepark for beginners.
Ich bin meinerseits total entspannt, kulturell offen und generell aufgeschlossen und interessiert. Was den Haushalt betrifft: ich bin es gewohnt ihn alleine zu schmeissen und hatte auch schon viele Untermieter, ich erwarte nichts Unübliches und generell nicht viel. Ich lese und schreibe, koche und reise, normalerweise gehe ich auch feiern, aber vor allem liebe ich Videospiele und Filme. Ich bin ein Idealist und rauche gerne, bin für viel Blödsinn zu haben.

I am used to do it all by myself, but still had a lot of roommates. I don’t expect anything unusual and not very much after all. I am being educated as a construction worker.
I read and write, cook and travel, go out partying or hanging out with friends and work, but most of all, I love videogames and the movies. I’m an idealist that smokes a lot (everybody has his flaws), I’m up for anything (even crazy) and everything. I vote for clean bathroom and kitchen.
