Das Zimmer ist zum Innenhof und Westen ausgerichtet und hat ca. 12m2 (quadratischer Schnitt).
Es ist möbliert und müsste auch so übernommen werden. Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Teppich, Lampe, Matratze, Wäscheständer und Kommode.
Die WG hat eine Küche mit Herd (4 Herdplatten), Ofen, Kessel, Toaster, Spüle, Kühlschrank (jeder hat sein Fach dort) und Gefrierschrank. 90% des Geschirrs gehört der Vermieterin, aber du kannst gerne dein Lieblingsgeschirr mitbringen. Sonst haben wir noch ein Bad mit Waschmaschine, Dusche und Toilette.
Miete: 580 Euro inkl. Internet und aller Nebenkosten + 25 Euro für den Strom.

The WG has a kitchen with a stove (4 hotplates), oven, kettle, toaster, sink, refrigerator (everyone has their own compartment there), and freezer. 90% of the dishes belong to the landlord, but you are welcome to bring your favorite dishes. On top of that, we have a bathroom with a washing machine, shower, and toilet.
Rent: currently 580 euros incl. internet and all utilities + 25 euros for electricity.

Wir sind in einer Seitenstraße in der Nähe vom Schloss Charlottenburg. Eine Bushaltestelle mit Bussen zum Zoologischen Garten sind 1 Minute entfernt. Die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist Richard-Wagner-Platz mit der U7 (5 Minuten) und die nächste SBahn Station ist Westend mit der Ringbahn (15 Minuten zu Fuß). Wir haben einen kleinen REWE um die Ecke und die Wilmersdorferstraße mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist auch nicht weit weg. Die WG liegt innerhalb des Rings. Die Gegend ist so wie man sich Charlottenburg vorstellt: ruhig, sicher und relaxed.

We are located on a side street near Charlottenburg Palace. A bus stop with buses to Zoologischer Garten is 1 minute away. The nearest subway station is Richard-Wagner-Platz with the U7 (5 minutes) and the nearest S-Bahn station is Westend with the Ringbahn (15 minutes walk). We have a small REWE around the corner and Wilmersdorferstraße with many shopping possibilities is also not far away. The WG is located inside the ring. The area is as you imagine Charlottenburg: quiet, safe, and relaxed.

Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern suchen jemanden, der sich Abends gerne Mal in der Küche zusammensetzt oder am Wochenende etwas unternehmen möchte. Aber wir sind auch selbst viel unterwegs, und brauchen auch Mal Zeit für uns. Die/der ideale Kandidat/in wäre jemand, der etwas für längerfristig sucht, arbeitet/studiert und Abends entspannen möchte. Suchst du eine WG, wo es jeden Abend WG-Parties gibt, dann sind wir falsch für dich.
Ein paar Infos zu uns: Wir sind Marco und Gus. Beide arbeiten im IT-Bereich.
Gus wohnt hier schon seit etwas mehr als 5 Jahren und Marco seit Anfang 2023.
Wir haben einen Putzplan, wo wir jede Woche abwechseln wer für ein Zimmer (Küche, Bad, Flur) verantwortlich ist.

We are not a "Zweck-WG", so we are looking for someone who would like to sit together in the evening times in the kitchen or do something on the weekend. But we are also on the road a lot ourselves and also need time for ourselves. The ideal candidate would be someone who is looking for something for the longer term, works, and wants to relax in the evenings. If you are looking for a shared flat where there are WG parties every night, then we are wrong for you.
Some information about us: We are Marco and Gus. Both work in the software field.
Gus has lived here for a little over 5 years and Marco since the beginning of 2023.
We have a cleaning schedule where we alternate every week who is responsible for a room (kitchen, bathroom, hallway).

Wir suchen jemanden, der ab dem 01.10.2023 den Mietvertrag übernehmen kann.
Die Mietverträge sind immer für 1.5 Jahre befristet, aber werden immer verlängert.
