Ich suche für meine zwei Zimmer Wohnung in Wilmersdorf noch eine* Mitbewohner*in. Das Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer aber es ist mit einem einem Vorhang und einem Regal vollständig abgetrennt vom Durchgang. Das Regal an dem der Vorhang umgespannt ist, ist auch das einzige Möbelstück, ansonsten ist das Zimmer unmöbliert. Das Zimmer hat zwei hohe Fenster durch die viel Licht hereinfällt. Die wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus von einem Altbau und schaut auf den Innenhof hinaus. Typisch für einen Altbau hat die Wohnung einen Holzielenboden und eine Deckenhöhe von 3.50m.

Im looking for a roommate for my two room Flat in Wilmersdorf. The room is a passage room which is separated completely from the walkthrough with a curtain and a shelf. The room is unfurnished apart from the shelf which supports the curtain. The room is pleasantly bright due to two tall windows. The room is situated in the back house and looks out into the yard. As typical for an old building the floor is wooden floorboards and the ceiling is 3.50m high.
Die Wohnung ist zu Fuß 5min von der Ubahn Haltestelle Fehrbelliner Platz entfernt. Auch die Ubahn Blissestraße ist nicht weit. Da sich die Wohnung im Hinterhaus und in Wilmersdorf befindet handelt es sich um eine sehr ruhige Lage.
The Appartment is about 5min by foot to the metro station fehrbelliner platz and the metro station Blissestraße is not far either. The Appartment is situated in a quiet neighbourhood and being in the backhouse makes it even quieter.
Du teilst die Wohnung mit mir: Männlich, 20, Student der Wirtschaftswissenschaften im ersten Semester, frisch nach Berlin gezogen.
Die Mietdauer wird erst einmal auf 3 Monate begrenzt, da die Situation für nächstes Jahr noch nicht absehbar ist. Wenn wir uns gut verstehen und nichts dazwischen kommt besteht aber eventuell die Möglichkeit auf eine längerfristige Miete.
You'll be sharing the apartment with me: male, 20years old, student of economics and just moved to Berlin.
The rental period maximum 3 months for now, since i can't really say what will be next year. However if we get along well and nothing else happens there is a possibility to turn it into a longterm agreement.
