ich ziehe Anfang März um, daher wird bei uns ein Zimmer frei, das wir gerne an dich vermieten würden. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du einziehen würdest!
Das Zimmer ist mit seinen 15qm, Einbauschränken und einer großen Fensterfront sehr geräumig. Es ist vollständig eingerichtet mit Bett, Schreibtisch und Sessel, sodass du kaum noch etwas mitbringen musst. Du findest es im ersten Stock des Hauses, auf der sich auch das Bad und die Zimmer von Lena und Ilias befinden.
Ja, du hast richtig gehört, wir wohnen in einer Doppelhaushälfte mit riesigem Garten. Aus diesem Grund gibt es auch ein helles Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, ein Klavier (das mal wieder gestimmt werden müsste) und eine Küche mit viel Platz. Diese Räume liegen alle im Erdgeschoss.

I am moving at the beginning of March, so a room in our flat will become available, which we would love to rent out to you. We would be delighted if you decided to move in!
The room, with its 15 square meters, built-in wardrobes, and a large window front, is very spacious. It is fully furnished with a bed, desk, and armchair, so you hardly need to bring anything. You'll find it on the first floor of the house, where the bathroom and Lena's and Ilias's rooms are also located.
Yes, you heard right, we live in a semi-detached house with a huge garden. For this reason, there is also a bright living room with a dining area, a piano (which needs tuning again), and a kitchen with plenty of space. These rooms are all on the ground floor.
Das Haus steht in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet in Westend. In zehn Minuten erreichst du zu Fuß einen REWE oder alternativ für größere Einkäufe in derselben Zeit mit der S-Bahn die Spandauer Arcaden. Falls du etwas Entertainment suchst, liegen die Waldbühne und das Olympiastadion zu Fuß nur 10min entfernt. Zum Joggen bietet zudem der Grunewald direkt vor deiner Haustür mit seinen schönen Laufstrecken viele Möglichkeiten.
Da wir im Westen Berlins wohnen, ist unser wichtigstes Verkehrsmittel die S-Bahn. Um weiter ins Zentrum Berlins zu kommen, kannst du die S3 und S9 im Zehn-Minuten-Takt von der Station Pichelsberg nehmen. Die Bahnstation ist zu Fuß knapp fünf Minuten entfernt, sodass du z.B. nach Charlottenburg 15min, zum Hbf 25min und zur Warschauer Straße 40min brauchst.

The house is located in a quiet residential area in Westend. In ten minutes on foot, you can reach a REWE or, alternatively, for larger shopping needs, the Spandauer Arcaden within the same time by S-Bahn. If you're looking for some entertainment, the Waldbühne and the Olympic Stadium are just a 10-minute walk away. For jogging, the Grunewald, right outside your doorstep, offers many beautiful running trails.
Since we live in the west of Berlin, our main means of transportation is the S-Bahn. To get further into the center of Berlin, you can take the S3 and S9 from Pichelsberg station at ten-minute intervals. The train station is just under five minutes away on foot, so it takes about 15 minutes to get to Charlottenburg, 25 minutes to the Hauptbahnhof (main train station), and 40 minutes to Warschauer Straße.
Unsere WG besteht aus aktuell aus Lena, Ilias und mir. Gemeinschaft ist uns wichtig, aber kein Muss. Da war von Koch-/Grillabenden, Beachvolleyball, Joggen, Bar- und Club- und Konzertbesuchen schon alles dabei. Jede/r hat natürlich auch Raum sich zurückzuziehen und wir bringen alle verschiedene Interessen und Hobbies mit. Uns eint aber, dass wir uns noch im Studium/der Ausbildung befinden und unser Alltag dadurch ähnlich ist.

Our flatshare currently consists of Lena, Ilias, and myself. Community is important to us, but not a must. There have been cooking/grilling evenings, beach volleyball, jogging, bar and club visits, and concerts. Of course, everyone also has the space to retreat, and we all bring different interests and hobbies. However, what unites us is that we are all still in our studies/apprenticeships, making our daily routines quite similar.
