Da ich aus meinem jetzigen Zimmer ausziehe, suche ich eine Person zur Untermiete bis zum 29.06. Eventuell besteht die Möglichkeit, dort länger mit Anmeldung zu leben, das muss bei Interesse mit der Vermieterin geklärt werden.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 23m2, ist größtenteils möbliert, es hat ein Bettgestell, einen großen Tisch, ein großen Buffetschrank, Regale, zwei Stühle, einen Spiegel und etwas Geschirr (es fehlt eine Matratze).Außerdem hat es eine eigene Küchennische, die du nicht teilen musst. Im Badezimmer hast du eine Waschmaschine sowie eine große Badewanne. Das Zimmer liegt im EG zur Innenhofseite, deshalb fällt leider nicht viel Tageslicht durch die Fenster. Ich hatte teilweise eine Tageslichtlampe an, die ich auch gerne drin lassen kann. Hinter dem Hof gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsgarten sowie eine eigene Terrasse.
Die Wohnung ist schon älter und renovierungsbedürftig. Das Zimmer ist ideal für Menschen, die gerade ein Praktikum machen oder ihr Auslandssemester in Berlin absolvieren.
Since I am moving out of my current room, I am looking for a person to sublet it until June 29th. It may be possible to live there longer with registration, this must be clarified with the landlady if she is interested.
The room is about 23m2, is mostly furnished, it has a bed frame, two chairs, a large table, a large buffet cupboard, shelves, a chair and some dishes (there is no mattress, but can help you to get one) and you also have your own kitchenette. The bathroom has a washing machine and a large bathtub. The room is on the ground floor facing the inner courtyard, so unfortunately there is not much daylight through the windows. I sometimes had a daylight lamp on, which I can also leave in. There is a communal garden behind the courtyard and a private terrace.
The room is ideal for people who are doing an internship or spending a semester abroad in Berlin.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem sehr zentral. Die U7 (Blissestr) und die U3 (Fehrbelliner Platz) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, die U9 (Berlinerstr) und die Ringbahn (Heidelbergerplatz) sind ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt. Es ist egal, ob BVG oder DB streikt, man kann immer mit den Öffis fahren :D. In 7 Minuten erreicht man fußläufig Lidl, Edeka, Rossmann und Bio Company sowie einen kleinen Park mit einem See.
The apartment is in a very quiet location, but still very central. The U7 (Blissestr) and the U3 (Fehrbelliner Platz) are in the immediate vicinity, the U9 (Berlinerstr) and the Ringbahn (Heidelbergerplatz) are also not far away. It doesn't matter if BVG or DB is on strike, you can always take public transportation :D. In 7 minutes you can walk to Lidl, Edeka, Rossmann and Bio Company as well as a small park with a lake.
Normalerweise müssten sich der Flur und das Badezimmer mit einer Mitbewohnerin geteilt werden, da sich in der Wohnung noch ein weiteres Zimmer inklusive Küche befindet. Dieses ist jedoch zurzeit nicht vermietet und voraussichtlich bleibt das auch so. Du hättest die Wohnung also wahrscheinlich für dich, ideal für Menschen, die eher introvertiert sind :)
Normally, the hallway and bathroom would have to be shared with a flatmate, as there is another room in the apartment, including a kitchen. However, this is not currently rented out and is likely to remain so. So you would probably have the apartment to yourself, ideal for people who are more introverted :)
In den Mietkosten von 580 Euro (pro Monat) sind Miete, Strom und Internet enthalten. Die Kaution beträgt 500 Euro.
Der Monat April muss natürlich nur anteilig bezahlt werden. Idealerweise könntest du zwischen dem 10.04-15-04.einziehen. Bitte schreibe etwas zu deiner Person. Schreibe auch gerne, ob du eventuell längerfristig hier mit Anmeldung wohnen möchtest. Dieser Vertrag wäre dann aber nicht mit mir, sondern mit der eigentlichen Vermieterin. Bei Interesse brauche ich die Gehaltsbescheinigungen der letzten drei Monaten (bitte erst nach einem persönlichen Gespräch senden).
Besichtigungen können Sonntag (07.04) vormittags oder Montag (08.04) am Abend stattfinden.
The rental costs of 580 euros (per month) include rent, electricity and internet. The deposit is 500 euros.
Of course, the month of April only has to be paid pro rata. Ideally you could move in between 10.04-15-04. Please write something about yourself. You are also welcome to write whether you would like to live here for a longer period of time with registration. This contract would not be with me, but with the actual landlady. If you are interested, I will need salary statements for the last three months (please only send these after a personal interview).
